There may be times when you need to close your MotionCreate Account.
- What happens when I close my account?
Please note that when we close your MotionCreate Account, you will lose access to all MotionCreate Account, which include:
- MotionCreate Market: a marketplace for digital assets
- MotionCreate Premium: ongoing subscription for digital assets
- Tuts+: library of tutorials and courses
Once we action your request, please be aware of the following:
- You will no longer be able to log in to your MotionCreate account(s).
- You will not be able to access any purchases or download item updates (MotionCreate Market).
- You will also lose access to MotionCreate Premium subscription and all associated downloads (if you have this product active).
- You will be forfeiting any unused MotionCreate Credits (MotionCreate Market).
- Once your account has been deleted, it cannot be reinstated.
- If you are an MotionCreate author, any items you have for sale on our site(s) will be removed.

To close or delete your MotionCreate Market account, please get in touch with our Customer Success Team. We value your feedback, so please include any comments you may have had about MotionCreate Market that may be helpful for us to know.
Make sure you send a request from the email address associated with your MotionCreate account. Otherwise, we may need to ask you a few questions to verify your account ownership.
