No transfer of copyright occurs under any circumstances.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Motion Create content
• Share files publicly or privately outside your licensed use
• Upload Motion Create content to other marketplaces
• Claim Motion Create assets as your own original work
• Use content in a way that allows extraction or reuse by third parties

Violation of these terms may result in account termination and legal action.

5. User-Generated Content

If users submit content (e.g. custom requests, previews, or feedback):

• The user confirms they own or have the rights to submit the content
• Motion Create is not responsible for copyright violations caused by user submissions

6. Copyright Infringement & DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on Motion Create infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright infringement notice including:

7. Counter-Notification

Accounts found repeatedly violating copyright laws may be:

• Permanently suspended
• Banned from future access
