Motion Create Refund Rules

Due to the digital nature of the products sold on Motion Create, refunds are handled under strict conditions. By making a purchase or subscribing to a plan, you agree to the refund rules outlined below.

1. Digital Products — No Automatic Refunds

All products sold on Motion Create are digital downloads.

Once a product has been:

  • Downloaded
  • Accessed
  • Or added to your library

It is considered delivered, and no automatic refund is available.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may be granted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product is technically defective and unusable
  • A critical error or bug prevents normal use
  • The product description is clearly misleading
  • The product cannot function as advertised and support is unable to resolve the issue

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • The product does not meet personal expectations
  • Lack of technical knowledge or software compatibility
  • Failure to read the product description or system requirements
  • Requests related to customization or installation
  • Free Items (no cost products)
  • Expired or unused support extensions

4. Subscription Plans Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable, including:

  • Monthly plans
  • 6-month plans
  • Annual plans

Once a subscription is activated:

  • No refunds are issued for unused time
  • Cancellation stops future billing only

5. Download Limits & Abuse Prevention

Refunds will be automatically denied if:

  • Download limits have been exceeded
  • Suspicious or abusive activity is detected
  • Products were downloaded extensively before the request

Motion Create reserves the right to suspend accounts abusing refund requests.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us via the Customer Service page and provide:

  • Order ID
  • Product name
  • Detailed explanation of the issue
  • Screenshots or proof (if applicable)

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

7. Resolution Time

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 5–10 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting Motion Create first may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Permanent ban from the platform

We strongly encourage resolving issues through our support team first.

9. Legal Compliance

These refund rules comply with applicable digital content laws, including EU regulations, which limit the right of withdrawal once digital content delivery has begun.
