All products sold on Motion Create are digital assets created by Yalla Studio and are licensed for use under the terms described below.
When you purchase or download a product, you are granted a license to use the asset, not ownership of the files.
1️⃣ Regular License (Single Project)
The Regular License allows you to use the product for one single project.
✅ You are allowed to:
- Use the product in one personal or commercial project
- Use the product for client work (one project)
- Modify the asset to fit your project
- Use the asset in videos, social media, websites, or presentations
❌ You are NOT allowed to:
- Use the product in multiple projects
- Resell, redistribute, or share the files
- Include the asset in templates or competing products
- Claim the asset as your own creation
2️⃣ Extended License (Unlimited Projects)
The Extended License allows you to use the product for unlimited projects.
✅ You are allowed to:
- Use the product in unlimited personal and commercial projects
- Use the product for multiple client projects
- Modify and adapt the asset freely
- Use the asset across different platforms and media
❌ You are NOT allowed to:
- Resell or redistribute the original files
- Share the files with third parties
- Include the asset in other marketplaces, bundles, or free downloads
- Claim ownership of the asset
3️⃣ Free Item License
Free items on Motion Create are provided under a limited license.
✅ You are allowed to:
- Use the free item for personal projects
- Use the free item for commercial projects, unless stated otherwise on the product page
- Modify the asset for your own use
❌ You are NOT allowed to:
- Resell or redistribute the free item
- Upload the free item to other websites or platforms
- Claim the asset as your own work
Some free items may require credit to Motion Create or Yalla Studio, as specified on the product page.
General License Rules (All Licenses)
- All licenses are non-exclusive
- Licenses are non-transferable
- Files remain the intellectual property of Yalla Studio
- Assets may not be used in a way that allows third parties to extract or reuse them
