You can leave ratings and reviews on items you have purchased within 6 months of purchase.
All reviews should be respectful, constructive, and relevant to help other customers make informed decisions on MotionCreate.
ℹ️ Note: Once a refund for an item has been completed, the corresponding rating or review will be automatically removed.
đź’¬ Our Approach to Ratings & Reviews
At MotionCreate, we value open and honest feedback from our customers.
Our default position is not to censor, edit, or delete ratings or reviews. However, there are situations where we may remove a rating or review if it violates our policies.
In cases of repeated or severe violations, we may also restrict a user’s ability to leave reviews or, in serious cases, suspend or terminate their account.
Decisions made by the MotionCreate Customer Support Team regarding reviews are final and must be respected.
đźš« When We Remove Ratings or Reviews
We may remove ratings and reviews that:
- Are not directly related to the purchased item or the support provided by the author.
- Refer to item support for products that are clearly marked as unsupported.
- Contain abusive, offensive, threatening, discriminatory, or hateful language, or otherwise violate our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Violate privacy rights, such as sharing another person’s name, email, domain, purchase code, or any other confidential information without consent.
- Attempt to force or manipulate another user or author into taking action they are not obligated to (e.g., forcing support on an unsupported item).
- Are posted or updated more than 6 months after the purchase date.
- Are used as a support request instead of being submitted through the official support channels.
- Are duplicate or spam reviews.
Customers should only leave one review per item.
If the author has resolved an issue and the customer wishes to update their rating, they may do so — but only once within a 30-day period.
Reviews updated more frequently may be removed.
